Truck Drivers, its a small facility and the back is going to most likely be a blindside. I was able to get turned around and make it a sight side. Unloaded in about 25 minutes.

Every customer service representative I have talked to (especially Jason) has been exemplary. Even when calling to report a missing or defective product, their staff has remained friendly, and has even given me advice on better balloon care. Update Feb 2019: I still love their customer service. Michael was super helpful.
